The property is located near the headwaters of the Oxley River and the Western boundary is a 1.3 km (approx.) frontage to this crystal clear, untamed waterway that spills over dramatic basalt boulders. This helpscreate numerous private swimming holes to be enjoyed over the long summer months.

The landscape is dramatic, starting from 110 metres (AHD) along the riverfront country then rising to a cleared plateau, which contain several spring fed dams, before soaring to around 270 metres (AHD) at the point where this property adjoins Limpinwood Nature Reserve.

A Crown Road passes through the property and the vendor is currently in the process of applying for the closure and purchase of this paper road. Once amalgamated with the existing property there may be the potential to subdivide the property into two parcels of land (S.T.C.A.)

This property is home to the threatened flora species of Lepiderema pulchella, Rhynchosia acuminatissima and Macadamia tetraphylla.

In addition, it is home to the threatened fauna species including Phascolarctos cinereus, Menura alberti, Ptilinopus regina and Tyto tenebricosa.

Given the unique features of this locality, the North Eastern section of the property (Approx 15 ha's) in addition to a further 35 ha's on the adjoining property, is subject to a Nature Conservation Trust Agreement (AF239026) which remains in-pertuity and is a permanent covenant on the title of the land.

There is a self-contained shed and several outbuildings located near the Southern entrance to the property, however there are numerous locations to build your ultimate wilderness retreat.
